FAQ-Top 10 questions to consider

1. What style do you like?
Do you prefer the soft, tailored lampshades or firm lampshades? Tailored shades can be either contemporary or traditional in style and Firm shades give a modern style. Have a look at our gallery to compare the two.

2. What is the purpose of your light?
Do you need a decorative, ambient light or a brighter illuminating light for more practical use?

3. What type of light do you need?
Do you need a table lamp, floor lamp, ceiling light or wall light?

4. What shape do you prefer?
Please refer to our gallery for various examples of frame shapes. We have a large stock of frames (new and used) in many styles. We can also have custom frames made to order.

5. What type of fabric can you use?
We can help you choose from our extensive range of fabrics and trims to complement your décor. We’re happy to use fabric supplied by you, subject to its suitability.

6. Do you have a choice of linings and trimmings?
Yes. Soft, tailored lampshades are generally made from our superior ivory lining however other colours are available.

Contemporary, firm backed shades have many exciting colour options ranging from fabrics to coloured backings (for example: silver, gold, champagne, black and other bright, glossy colours).

We have a large selection of trims to embellish your lampshade and give it that unique finishing touch.

7. How to place an order?
Having discussed with us all your requirements we will e-mail our quote. Upon acceptance we require a 50% deposit to proceed. Our quotes are valid for 90 days.

8. How long is delivery?
We quote a standard 4-6 week delivery time.

9. How will your lampshades arrive?
If local, you may like to collect or alternatively we can deliver to you. Deliveries further afield will be sent via courier.
